Located on the outskirts of Caen, in a quiet village full of charm, l'Annexe du Marais is a pretty, typical stone house where modernity and authenticity combine perfectly: the vast fireplace in the living room, the very contemporary kitchen and the beautiful bedroom opening onto the garden make this gîte original and charming. The pretty walled garden with its trees is a real haven of peace. The beaches of the Côte de Nacre are 15 minutes away, as is the historic center of Caen and its famous Château Ducal. Ideal for family holidays between sea and countryside. Communal playground with picnic area 500m from the gîte.

Detached holiday cottage. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with dining area, laundry room, restroom, and access via two interior steps to a double bedroom (one 160cm bed). Access to the first floor is available via two staircases: separate living room with sofas, 1 bedroom for 3 people (1 double bed, 160 cm, and 1 single bed, 90 cm), bathroom (bathtub and walk-in shower), toilet. Second floor (attic): small game area with a sofa and game console, 1 double bedroom (2 single beds, 90 cm each). Private garden with a garden table and reclining chairs. Kids’ toys (slide and board games). Foosball table.
