This charming house is set in very quiet surroundings. The pastel-colored decor is harmonious. The kitchen is particularly spacious, and the living room opens onto the south-facing terrace. You're 15 minutes from Bayeux, Balleroy castle and Cerisy forest. The D-Day beaches are less than 30 minutes away. For addresses of Normandy products and restaurants, ask the owner for advice!
On the same property as another Holiday cottage (ref. 3280), this detached house, close to unoccupied buildings, comprises an entrance hall, large kitchen, living room with sofa, shower room and WC on the first floor. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200cm), 2 twin beds (140x190cm), 1 single bed (90x190cm), shower room with WC. Courtyard and grounds with terrace. Paddock for horses. Un gîte d'une grande classe. Avec un équipement et d'une décoration de qualité.
L'accueil du propriétaire à été fort sympathique. Nous avons échangé sur sa passion, j'aurais passé des heures à l'écouter.
