Located just 3 kilometers from the Sea, you'll be within easy reach of the beach at Luc-sur-Mer for iodized walks or bike rides, sunsets or small seafood restaurants. The Holiday cottage is located in Clos des Marronniers, a beautiful property surrounded by a vast wooded park. You'll enjoy a quiet, leafy setting, with a private terrace and games available for your approval.

Le Holiday cottage Le Gardien for 2 people is located in the janitor's cottage of a character property with 8,000 m² of enclosed wooded grounds. It adjoins a second Holiday cottage for 2 people (ref. 2769). The owners live on site, where they also run their guest house. First floor: living room with sofa bed (possibility of 1 extra bed on request) and dining area, open-plan kitchen. Upstairs: 1 bedroom for 2 (160 cm bed) and 1 bathroom with WC. Outside: private terrace with garden furniture, shared leisure facilities: trampoline, swing, slide. Parking on the property near the Holiday cottage.
