Just 4 kilometers from Courseulles-sur Sea and Juno Beach, L'Ancien Noyer Holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the D-Day landing beaches. Set in a quiet, unspoilt village, the cottage features a small enclosed courtyard. A bedroom and shower room on the first floor add to its comfort. Nestled between the sea, history and the Countryside, this Holiday cottage is the perfect place to spend a quiet holiday close to the sea.
Situated in a small one-way street with very little traffic, the Holiday cottage is independent with its own private courtyard. On the first floor, you'll find a living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom for 2 people (2 x 90 cm beds). Upstairs is an open-plan mezzanine bed for 3 people (1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed). Outside, you'll enjoy a courtyard with terrace, table, chairs and parasol, garden furniture and barbecue.
