Semi-detached house with independent access. The first floor opens onto a veranda featuring the year-round heated indoor Piscine (dimensions 8m x 3.5m, depth 1.5m), separate shower and wc. The second floor features a large living room with lounge (sofa bed on request), dining room and open-plan kitchen. The second floor features a shower room, separate wc, 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bedroom (skylight window) with 3 single beds 90x200cm, 2 of which can be twinned to 180x200cm. The outdoor area includes a terrace with garden furniture and gas plancha, deckchairs, garden armchairs and a large playground (artificial turf) with ping-pong table.
