This bright contemporary home is built around its superb private swimming pool. From every room, you'll appreciate the view and the possibility of accessing the terrace and pool. Modern amenities, 3 bathrooms and high-quality bedding ensure comfort and relaxation. Enjoy time with family and friends in a quiet, unoverlooked setting, just a few minutes from the sea. A word of advice: bring your bikes! The beach is 15 minutes away via the greenway. You'll love Merville-Franceville with its large beach, shops, restaurants and activities for children. The seaside resorts of Cabourg and Houlgate are also nearby. The Baie de Sallenelles, a sensitive natural area with trails and bird-watching stations, is just 5 minutes away.

Piscine, private and heated from May 6 to September 29, 11mx4m and 1.5m deep, secured by a tarpaulin (use under tenants' responsibility). Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and awning.

PHH Superbe !
Magnifique séjour dans ce gîte haut de gamme . La gentillesse des hôtes, la propreté du gîte, la superbe piscine chauffée, le calme absolu.. Tout est parfait et vous assure un séjour des plus réussi. On s'y sent comme chez soi et rêverait de pouvoir y habiter toute l'année. On a déjà hâte d'y retourner !

Superbe accueil de Line dans ce gite magnifique. La villa est superbe au niveau décoration, confort et rien ne manque ! Dommage que la période n’était pas propice à utiliser la piscine. Idéal pour un séjour en famille, entre amis pour se ressourcer au bord de la mer et visiter cette belle région du Calvados.
