Just 300 meters from Ouistreham harbor, this detached house is the ideal place to stay for two or a family. You'll appreciate its covered terrace and enclosed garden, where your pet will be very welcome. The atypical interior with its half-levels offers a bright, modern decor. For your comfort, all services are included: heating, linen and cleaning. Ouistreham Riva-Bella has many facets: fishing and yachting port, seaside resort, lively town and D-Day beach. You'll be able to do it all on foot or by bike: shops in the center of town, fish market, harbor promenade, supervised beach in season, cinema, etc. Just a stone's throw from the port, you can also enjoy a 100% nature break by exploring the Pointe du Siège nature reserve and the Orne Estuary.

Detached house. The Holiday cottage opens onto an entrance hall with cupboards and a fully equipped kitchen. Three interior steps lead up one side to the living room with dining area and lounge (sofa bed available on request), and the other side to a shower room with separate toilet. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the first floor, comprising a landing with storage space and two en suite bedrooms: one with a 140x190cm double bed and access to an attic bedroom (via an unsecured 8-step staircase) with a 140x190cm double bed and a 90x190cm single bed. In an annex: washing machine and storage space for bicycles or other equipment. Covered terrace with garden furniture, lawn with deckchairs.
