A short walk will take you to the wide Asnelles beach. Ideal for seaside vacations, sporting holidays with the sand yacht club 5 minutes away, or cultural holidays with the many D-Day landing sites nearby. You'll particularly appreciate the roof terrace, from which you can see the sea and the port installed by the Allies during the D-Day landings on June 6, 1944. You can do your shopping at the supermarket next door, or in the village boutiques: bakery, tea room and store selling the famous Asnelles shortbread, local oysters sold direct to producers, etc.

Detached house on private grounds. The first floor opens onto a living room with kitchen area, laundry room, WC, bathroom with double washbasin and large shower, and two adjoining bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). The first floor comprises a landing with a BZ sofa bed (additional sleeping space for 2), WC and 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, one of which has a bathroom with double washbasin and large shower. From the landing, access to a large terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and parasol. Exterior works in progress.
