Relax with family or friends at Villa de Nacre! This brand-new house welcomes you comfortably with its spacious living room, excellent bedding and pellet stove. A short walk will take you to the wide Asnelles beach. Ideal for seaside vacations, sporting holidays with the sand yacht club 5 minutes away, or cultural holidays with the many D-Day landing sites nearby. You'll particularly appreciate the roof terrace, from which you can see the sea and the port installed by the Allies during the D-Day landings on June 6, 1944. You can do your shopping at the supermarket next door, or in the village boutiques: bakery, tea room and store selling the famous Asnelles shortbread, local oysters sold direct to producers, etc.

Detached house on private grounds. The first floor opens onto a living room with kitchen area, laundry room, WC, bathroom with double washbasin and large shower, and two adjoining bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). The first floor comprises a landing with a BZ sofa bed (additional sleeping space for 2), WC and 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, one of which has a bathroom with double washbasin and large shower. From the landing, access to a large terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and parasol. Exterior works in progress.

    magnifique

    Wir hatten in den letzten 30 Jahren schon viele Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber dies war das Beste! Sehr freundlicher Empfang, das Haus ist neuwertig ohne Fehler oder Macken. Die Möbel sind nicht vom Flohmarkt, sondern aufeinander abgestimmt. Sehr moderne Küche mit allem was man braucht. Große, ebenerdige Duschen auf beiden Etagen, ausreichend Platz in jedem Raum, auch im Bad. Die Terasse mit Meerblick ist hervorragend zum Chillen geeignet. Unmittelbar am Supermarkt gelegen, aber so ruhig wie in einem Seniorenheim. Viel Platz im Ausenbereich zum Fussball spielen mit unserem Enkel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

    Très agréable séjour dans cette maison idéalement placée, avec vue sur mer et à proximité de commerces. Après un charmant accueil, nous avons profité de son spacieux espace en toute quiétude avec tout le confort.

    Très belle maison neuve située près de la mer. La situation est idéale pour les balades. Très proche du petit supermarché.
