You’ll be a 15-minute drive from downtown Caen and right at the gateway to Suisse Normande, a region popular for outdoor sports activities such as kayaking, via ferrata, paragliding, and mountain biking. Ouistreham Beach is 30 minutes away.
All beds can be separated: you can have 12 single beds or 5 double beds and 2 single beds. The ground floor is accessible to a person with limited mobility (bedroom, kitchen, living room).

Second floor attic: large 2-person bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), separate shower room and WC, communicating with 3-person bedroom (3 beds 90x200cm). Utility room. Bike room.
