Situated 12 kms from Caen and 30 minutes from the Sea, in a small property not far from the owners' house and in a well-kept setting, this independent, cosy and comfortable Holiday cottage is perfect for a couple to recharge their batteries in a quiet village. A second totally independent Holiday cottage, 3685, is on the property. A superb 4-seater private Spa is located in a room adjoining the Holiday cottage (extra charge: €25 per person per hour, available during the day on request). Two bicycles are available on request for maximum escape! You can walk to the ancient city of Vieux-la-Romaine "Aregenua" (museum and archaeological excavations). You can also enjoy Hiking or biking from the Orne Valley greenway, just 5 minutes away. And don't forget to visit the monuments of Dday.

The Holiday cottage is independent, located close to the owners' house, which includes another cottage (ref 3600 for 2 people). Tastefully renovated, you'll love relaxing by the pellet stove or on the south-facing terrace, where you'll find a large living room with a small kitchen, dining area and sitting area with 2 armchairs in front of the pellet stove - a Mountain chalet atmosphere guaranteed! A small office and a very nice sleeping area for 2 people with a 180cm king-size bed, a bathroom with an Italian shower and separate toilet. Possibility of 2 extra beds in an ultra-comfortable 140cm wall bed. Bed linen and towels provided. The Holiday cottage has a garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. A garden shed is available for bikes and motorcycles.
