The gîte is located 5 minutes from the historic center of Bayeux and 15 minutes from the coast: Arromanches, Asnelles and its wild beaches, Port en Bessin and its typical fishing port.

It comprises on the first floor (elevated, accessed by 10 steps) a fitted kitchen, a living room with dining area and sitting area (sofa, armchair and fireplace_insert), a 2nd sitting area with sofa, a 3-person bedroom (1 bed 140cm and 1 bed 90cm), 1 2-person bedroom (2 beds 90cm), 1 2-person bedroom (1 bed 160cm), a bathroom (with bath and shower), a separate toilet and a veranda. Office or playroom. The basement (accessed from outside) features a gaming room, summer kitchen and extra shower room (shower and washbasin). The enclosed garden offers play areas (swing, small outdoor games), 2 terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and deckchairs. Raclette machine
