The first floor comprises a south-facing veranda, a large living room with a sitting area (sofa, pellet stove), a second veranda to the north with sofa and armchairs, a small kitchenette, a very small bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, a bathroom with a large shower and WC. Access to the small mezzanine is via a narrow staircase: 1 bed 120cm for 1 person aged 10 and over. There's an enclosed outdoor room with washing machine, outdoor furniture (garden table, deckchairs) and a sink with two hotplates for cooking shellfish. Enclosed courtyard.

Les Rochelais Charme et confort
Nous avons séjourné dans une charmante maison, équipée et confortable, dans un endroit très calme et tout près du bord de mer. L'endroit idéal pour decouvrir la Normandie, les plages du débarquement et autres spécialités locales. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et pensons même y revenir...

Nico Toller Urlaub
Unser Aufenthalt im Haus war wirklich toll. Es gibt alles was man benötigt, von Küchenutensilien über Waschmaschine bis hin zu einer Vielzahl von Sitzgelegenheiten und Möglichkeiten es sich gemütlich zu machen. Ausgelegt ist das Haus aus unserer Sicht für 3-4 Personen (wenn die Kinder kleiner sind, sonst eher 3 Personen). Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr herzlich, er hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und die Funktion aller wichtigen Gegenstände (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowellengrill etc.) ausführlich erklärt. Ebenso reibungslos verlief das Auschecken. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
