This hamlet of Luc sur Mer borders the town of Douvres la Délivrande, which is very attractive for its local shops, basilica, aquatic center and radar museum. The sea is 5 minutes away, or a little more if you take the Chemin de la Capricieuse from the gîte, by bike or on foot. The D-Day beaches are 15 minutes away (Courseulles, Arromanches...).
