Set in a hamlet, this Caen stone house offers a harmonious interior where contemporary meets antique style for a touch of elegance. When necessary, Jérémie himself makes the furniture to measure (for example, the TV cabinet). The terrace is sheltered from the wind and ideal for lounging. By bike, take advantage of the cycle path 500m away, which leads to Luc sur Mer and Caen (8km), and Ouistreham (15km). Bayeux and the D-Day landing sites are less than 30 minutes away.
On the property, this detached house offers on the first floor a living room with a sitting area (sofa, armchair), a pellet-burning insert, a kitchen and a shower room with toilet. The attic floor comprises 2 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed (160x200cm), the 2nd with 2 single beds (80x190cm). The enclosed courtyard features a terrace, garden table and deckchairs. A lawn is available in front of the Holiday cottage. The TV is connected. A Bluetooth sound bar is also available. Filter coffee maker and Nespresso. Full baby equipment available on request.

Magiol Très beau gite
Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis et le gîte est très agréable, confortable, propre. De plus la maison est très bien située pour pouvoir rayonner dans la région. Notre hôte a été de bons conseils et nous a bien aidés. Au final je recommande fortement ce gîte pour passer quelques jours de tranquillité et de repos.

Des propriétaires sympathiques, accueillants, à l’écoute des locataires.
Une location très bien rénovée à la déco agréable à 10/15minutes à pied du centre du village où l’on trouve boulanger/pâtissier, boucher/charcutier ainsi qu’une épicerie.

Alexandre La Belle Petite Maison
La propriété dans son ensemble est belle, tout comme le village. Le gîte est très bien équipé et cosy.
