You'll be seduced by the charm of this old barn, carefully renovated to combine authenticity and comfort. The quiet bedrooms are warm and inviting, and promise a restful night's sleep. The living space is bright and airy thanks to its south-western exposure and bay windows, and offers a beautiful view over the vast 4000m² garden and its orchard of old varieties of pear and apple trees. Binoculars are available for observing the flora and fauna, and with a little patience you'll be lucky enough to see wild rabbits, blue tits and even crested falcons. A short distance from the gîte, you'll find the "Boucle d'Aure" hiking trail, offering pleasant, relaxing scenery. The Longues sur mer battery, with its panoramic sea views, is just 5 minutes away. The "vélo maritime" is 2 km from the gîte, along a superb coastal path.

Detached single-storey Bungalow with 4000m² private, enclosed garden, located close to the owners' home. The entrance opens onto the main room, with its living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen (raclette, waffle maker, mixer). The first bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190 cm), the second has 1 double bed (140x190 cm), and the third has 1 double bed (160x200 cm). A shower room adjoins this bedroom, with toilet and walk-in shower. A second shower room is available with toilet and walk-in shower. Electric shutters throughout. The vast garden has an orchard with old varieties of pear and apple trees. Several vehicles can be parked in the enclosed courtyard. Terrace with garden furniture.
