Discover this charming Holiday cottage for your quiet stay in the Pays d'Auge. It benefits from a verdant setting in a beautiful wooded property with flowers and a stream running through it. You'll also appreciate the terrace, sheltered from the wind, where you can soak up the sun by the Piscine. A 2nd relaxation area with sofa and garden armchairs under an arbour is at your disposal, with a view over the orchard. The interior is warm and comfortable, with excellent, king-size bedding. All shops and services are 10 minutes away in Lisieux. The beaches of Deauville and Trouville can be reached in 45 minutes. You can also go Hiking from the Holiday cottage or visit the superb château of St Germain de Livet, 10 minutes away.
This Holiday cottage is located in an outbuilding of the owners' home. It's a large studio for 2 people with ground-level access and a few interior steps separating the spaces. The studio comprises a kitchen area, a living room with sofa and dining area, a sleeping area with a double bed (160x200cm) and a bathroom with washbasin, shower and separate toilet. The covered, heated swimming pool is accessed from the studio or from outside. It measures 9mx5m and is 1.20m to 1.80m deep. The Piscine is open from May to September inclusive. The Holiday cottage is set in a large communal garden with stream, orchard and terrace with deckchairs. Electric gate. Breakfast basket available on request from the owner.

Jc Belle découverte
Gîte de petite taille mais très fonctionnel de bon goût avec accès direct sur piscine et petit terrasse en surplomb . Hôtes accueillants discrets mais dispo si besoin dans un cadre agréable qui demande qu'à être découvert. Excellente semaine

Philippe Kleine gezellige gite met geweldig zwembad.
Kleine, maar zeer verzorgde gite op een prachtig domein in een schilderachtige omgeving.
De bijzonderste eyecatcher is uiteraard het grote, periodiek verwarmd binnenzwembad, bijhorende zithoek met ligzetels en gas BBQ.
Deze is enkel van de gite gescheiden door een binnendeur. Daarnaast is er in de grote tuin een gezellige pergola omringd door fruitbomen.De gite zelf bestaat uit een leefruimte met een gezellige zithoek voorzien van wifi en TV. Er is een kleine eethoek, met een zeer gerieflijk wandmeubel. De keuken is afzonderlijk maar goed geëquipeerd met oven, 4-pits kookplaat, koffieapparaten, waterkoker en broodrooster. Er is eveneens een ruime koelkast met diepvriezer en ruime afwasbakken. In de keuken zijn er producten aanwezig, zoals peper, zout, olie, azijn, koffie . . .
Het grote bed is in de leefruimte geïntegreerd.
Het sanitaire gedeelte bestaat uit het afzonderlijke toilet, een lavabo en een kleine douche. Deze ruimte is evenwel niet afgesloten en is zichtbaar vanaf de leefruimte, dus meer geschikt voor verblijf door koppels.
Gastvrouw en gastheer zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wonen vlakbij en houden zich beschikbaar, ook telefonisch.
