Holiday cottage located on a large property comprising several buildings currently being renovated and a 2-person gîte (ref 3460). Independent, single-storey holiday cottage (one 10cm step between entrance and kitchen and between kitchen and living room). It comprises an independent kitchen, a living room with dining area, lounge and sleeping area for 2 people (160cm bed), shower room with toilet. Unenclosed private garden of 500m² on 6.5 hectares of parkland (3 unsecured ponds on the property). Wood-fired Nordic Spa (private to the Holiday cottage, €50 for 2 days and €10 per additional night, payable on site to the owner), available all year round. Electric vehicle charging station. Holiday cottage not accessible to the disabled. Communal heated Piscine available from June 1 to September 15 (4m x 10m, depth 1.50m) at an extra charge of €50 for a 2-day weekend and €10 for additional days. Exterior cameras on the property.
