The Holiday cottage is independent, located close to the owners' house and offices. The first floor comprises a living room with wood-burning stove and table soccer, a fitted kitchen with dining area, the "Honfleur" PMR bedroom for 2 people (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room and WC, the 4-person "Trouville" room with 1 x 90cm bed and 1 x 120cm bed on the first floor and a mezzanine sleeping area (accessed via a secure mill staircase) for 2 people (2 x 90cm Futon mattresses that can be combined to form 1 x 180cm bed), a playroom with floor cushions, a shower room, an independent toilet and a laundry room. The first floor comprises the "Houlgate" bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160cm, desk), the "Cabourg" bedroom for 3 people (1 bed 90cm and 2 Bunk beds 90cm), the "Normandie" bedroom for 3 people (1 bed 160cm 1 bed 90cm, desk), shower room and separate WC. The Holiday cottage has a private, not overlooked garden with terrace (plancha, garden furniture, deckchairs), petanque court and outdoor games (knotted rope, trapeze, swing).
