Independent house with garden, independent access and car park in a large estate including several gites. Access to the gite by a pier. Ground floor : a lounge with sofas and armchairs, 1 little lounge in front of the fireplace, 1 mezzanine over the lounge with children games and one single bed 90 cm, 1 large dining room with all equipped open kitchen (robots, dish washer, large cooker with five hobs), large shower room with toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs : a mezzanine lounge with TV, 1 signle bed 90 cm, sofa and armchairs, toilet, 1 bdrm sleeping 2 (king size 200x200cm bed) with bathroom and linked toilet (bath), 1 bdrm sleeping 2 (king size 200x 200cm bed) with lounge and TV, 1 bdrm sleeping 2 (200x200cm bed) with lounge, 1 bdrm sleeping 2 (a 180x200cm bed), 2 bathrooms with bath and toilet. Final cleaning fees requested 100€ to pay directly to the owner. You will reach the Maison du Cygne by a little pier over the moat of the Busiquet property. This is a former 16th century cider press entirely restored : it will surely charm you with its half-timberering, apple lift and luxurious furniture. So that everyone can have its own privacy, this gite is set with several lounges all more cosy than the others. You will sleep in a high quality large bedding. Ustensils and equipment in the kitchen will ensure gastronomic cooking (multi-function robots, cooking surface with 5 hobs...). You will be able to have your meals taken in the garden : a special place is set with table and chairs, barbecue with plancha and heating parasol. The Maison du Cygne is situated in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, a region for gourmets, hikers or art lovers.
