Located 100 meters from Riva Bella's long beach, this bright, self-contained gîte is ideal for relaxing. You'll enjoy the enclosed garden with deckchairs and the courtyard for parking your car. Thanks to its exceptional location, you can go swimming or fishing and return to the gîte on foot. Completely renovated in 2020, this pretty typical house boasts modern fittings and warm decor, with a sea view from one of the bedrooms. Ouistreham Riva Bella is a seaside resort offering a multitude of activities, entertainment and leisure facilities: casino, bike rental, thalassotherapy, hiking, fishing, traditional markets and fish market, water sports... The long promenade along the beach is designed for cyclists and walkers. You can also visit the many D-Day sites and the towns of Caen, Bayeux, Honfleur and Cabourg. There's no shortage of ideas for outings.

Val Situation idéale
Jolie petite maison, lumineuse (mais volets dans les chambres pour la nuit), équipements modernes (cuisine, salle de bain), literies confortables, petit jardin appréciable, place de parking dans l'allée.
Attention, ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite (marches pour entrer dans la maison, entre le salon et la salle-à-manger, pour sortir dans le jardin)
Situation idéale dans une rue très calme, mais à quelques pas de la plage, à 1,5km d'un supermarché

La maison est bien équipée et confortable. La décoration est soignée. Un petit jardin pour se reposer et profiter du soleil. Calme, plage, restaurants et commerces à proximité, tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Belle rénovation, exploitant au maximum l'espace disponible. Tranquille tout en étant à proximité de la plage. Petit jardin sympathique. Lits confortables.
