Located 5 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Côte Fleurie (Merville Franceville-plage and Cabourg). 5 km from the Pont de Pégasus and the Merville battery. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the Normandy countryside. Nature lovers can cycle to the Baie de Sallenelles (we provide 3 adult bikes), a natural site rich in flora and fauna. You can continue along the canal to Caen or Ouistreham. In the evening, you can dine or relax in the garden.

In the annex to the house, 3 bedrooms: 2 on the ground floor, each with a 160x200 cm bed, private shower room and toilet. The "Pays d'Auge" bedroom has a private kitchen area. Upstairs: 5-person family suite comprising a 2-person "Countryside" bedroom (2 beds 90cm) and a 3-person "Côte Fleurie" bedroom (1 bed 140cm and 1 bed 90cm), each with its own shower room and private toilet on the landing. These rooms have a wifi connection and a shared kitchen area on the ground floor. In the owners' house: On the 2nd floor, an en suite room "Côté jardin" for 2 people with a bedroom (1 bed 160x200), a living room and a bathroom with private toilet. Wifi connection is not available in this room. For the "Côte Fleurie" family room, the price for 2 people is increased by €30 if you use both rooms.
