You'll appreciate Bény-sur-Mer's central location in the region, 13km from Caen, 23km from Bayeux and in the heart of the Côte de Nacre (Luc-sur-Mer, St-Aubin-sur-Mer and Courseulles-sur-Mer). Frédérique is sure to concoct one of her specialties for breakfast: the traditional Norman "teurgoule", pancakes or brioche, depending on your mood!
