In a quiet setting, this gîte opens onto a pretty garden and a south-facing terrace. The interior layout is harmonious and spacious, with large bay windows overlooking the garden. Isabelle will be delighted to advise you on discovering this region close to the sea, from Courseulles to Ouistreham, via Luc sur Mer and Lion sur Mer, lovely seaside resorts with remarkable 1900 villas. Colomby Anguerny is a quiet village with a small local shop.
Adjoining the owners' home, this unoverlooked gîte comprises a large living room with open-plan kitchen, sitting area with sofa (extra bed for one child only), armchair, large bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), en-suite shower room (shower, double basin) and sauna. Separate WC. Terrace with garden table, deckchairs, garden. Access to the Holiday cottage is via the garden at the rear of the house. Access by two small steps, then the ground is slightly sloping. Electric vehicle charging station.

Isabelle
Isabelle est normande d'origine. Après avoir vécu à Paris et en Auvergne où elle a travaillé dans l'hôtellerie, il lui tardait de revenir dans le calvados, région qu'elle affectionne tout particulièrement.
Elle cherchait une maison entre Caen et la mer. Il y a 3 ans, elle a découvert une bâtisse en pierres de Caen, pleine de charme et mitoyenne avec un gîte. Elle en a fait l'acquisition, et relancé l'activité gîte.
Proche du mémorial de Caen et des plages du débarquement, la maison d'Anguerny est idéalement située pour découvrir la région au riche patrimoine.
C'est sans compter l'accueil bienveillant de la propriétaire et sa disponibilité.

Michel Excellent gite
Le gite est parfait et tres fonctionnel.le jardin est joliment fleuri et tres agreable.Madame juin nous a accueilli avec une bouteille de cidre bien fraiche,elle est a l'ecoute ,discrete et reactive.Quand au couchage il est parfait c'etait un tres agreable sejour nous y reviendrons surement

Les alsaciens Un havre de calme

Suzy Excellent giîte
Le gîte est parfait pour le repos et la tranquillité
Tout y est il est très fonctionnel , accueillant et vois
Le jardin clôturé est également très appréciable et très joliement fleuri
Isabelle est très accueillante, elle nous a accueilli avec une bouteille de cidre bien frais , à l’écoute et réactive
Elle est Aussi très discrète alors que le logement est attenant à sa propriété , merci à elle pour cet agréable séjour chez elle , nous y reviendrons c’est certain- Cleanliness

Le gite est confortable et spacieux. La propriétaire vous accueille avec une bouteille de cidre. Le jardin fleuri et calme et reposant, sans vis a vis. De plus vous etes entre la mer et la ville. Super sejour
