In the heart of the Parc des marais du Bessin et du Cotentin, discover this large house ideal for a get-together with family or friends. Located in a small hamlet 5 minutes from Isigny-sur-Mer, it can accommodate up to 10 people. You'll be able to take advantage of the hiking and horse-riding trails on site, and the location will enable you to visit the great sites of Normandy: D-Day beaches, Mont-Saint-Michel, Granville, etc...
Detached house. First floor: living room with fireplace and sitting area, kitchen, sitting room, shower room with WC. Two entrances to 1st floor. On one side: landing bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and 1 extra bed. On the other: three bedrooms (3 double beds: 140 cm and 1 single bed: 90 cm), shower room, WC with washbasin. Utility room. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Railroad line nearby. Bed linen and towels are not provided and must be brought with you.

Accueil par intermédiaire nommée par le propriétaire : très bien, souriante, agréable et toujours dispo en cas de besoin.
Venue du propriétaire : sympathique, avec produits de sa fabrication (pommeau et petits gâteaux).
La maison : beau potentiel mais avec beaucoup de travaux à réaliser, ce que ne conteste pas le propriétaire.
En l'occurrence, volets impossibles à fermer, ampoules HS non remplacées, prises de courants femelles incompatibles avec prises de courant mâles des lampes de chevet, literie inappropriée (matelas & sommiers plus larges que les cadres sur lesquels ils reposent), bouton-poussoir de la chasse d'eau WC à l'étage manquant, éclairage insuffisant dans la cuisine et inaccessible dans la SdB à l'étage pour une personne de taille inférieure à 1,70m. Quant au nettoyage, il est sujet à caution à la sortie des précédents locataires (gamelle pour animal laissée en l'état, mouchoir qui traîne sur une ampoule de lampe de chevet, poussière sous les lits, ...).En conclusion, vous comprenez notre déception d'autant plus grande que vous avez donné votre agrément, généralement plus sévère !
Toutefois nous avons passé un bon séjour.
