The first floor includes a landing for Kids (floor cushions and games), an office area, a large 2-person bedroom (1 bed 160cm), a 2-person bedroom (2 beds 80cm), a bathroom and separate toilet. The garden features a lawn area and a large terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. Covered carport, 3 secure parking spaces on the property.
