This detached house offers peace and quiet, just a 15-minute walk from the beach and seawall for long walks. Bicycles are also at your disposal, so you can reach the sea in just a few pedal strokes! You'll love the bright, modern interior of this single-storey home. The living room faces south to make the most of the sunny days. The village shops are just a stone's throw away, and you'll discover the famous gui-gui, a delicacy of the Côte de Nacre. Luc-sur-Mer is a charming stone village near Caen and a family-friendly seaside resort between Ouistreham and Courseulles. You can also visit the D-Day landing sites and beaches nearby.
Detached house with garden. The interior is laid out on one level (a few outside steps lead up from the street to the entrance level of the house). The interior opens onto an entrance hall leading to a living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge with sofas (1 sofa available for 1 person on request). It also leads to 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200cm which can be twinned to 160x200cm), a shower room and separate WC. 3 bicycles available. Garden with fruit trees.

A.M. 11 schöne Tage in der Normandie
Das Haus war ansprechend eingerichtet, die Küche mit hochwertigen Elektrogeräten ausgestattet. Die Betten waren mir persönlich recht unbequem. Das empfindet aber jeder anders. Was fehlte, waren bequeme Gartenstühle, dazu passend ein Esstisch und vielleicht Gartenliegen. Das Wetter war bereits sehr warm und es gab außer zwei Holzklappstühlen keine Möglichkeit, es sich im Garten gemütlich zu machen. Die Kommunikation mit Sebastien und Sophie war gut, kleine Probleme bei der Ankunft wurden sofort über WhatsApp behoben. Unser Hund hatte ausreichend Platz im Garten zum spielen. In 15 Minuten war man zu Fuß am Strand. Ein kleiner Supermarkt war auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es war nett in der Normandie! Vielen Dank!

BB&BB Gite sympa... mais sans contact
Le Gite est agréable et bien entretenu. Quelques dysfonctionnements cependant (notamment problèmes avec la chaudière), indiqués au propriétaire par SMS.
Nous n'avons vu personne à notre arrivée (un appel téléphonique de la propriétaire pour indiquer où est la clé, et voir si la chaudière était en marche ...); et personne non plus au départ (pas de réponse à notre SMS). Nous espérons que tout va bien pour elle.- Cleanliness

FrancoMa Maison pour rayonner vers site du débarquement
Gîte plein pied à l intérieur, très clair et où le confort nécessaire est là. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans la propriété. Localisation dans quartier résidentiel très calme.

Jlq Belle rencontre
Très beau gîte pour la douceur des vacances, un petit peu éloigné de la plage. Des prestations de très grande qualité (équipement...). Maison que l'on retrouvera avec grand bonheur.
