Housed in the former stables of this typical farmhouse, this very comfortable and spacious gîte is ideal for family vacations. Just 10 minutes away, discover the historic center of Caen, the Château or the sandy beaches of Luc-sur-Mer.
Detached Holiday cottage, adjoining n°2901, close to the owner's home. First floor: living room with sitting area (sofa, armchairs and fireplace) and kitchen area (Nespresso coffee machine), shower room, WC. First floor (attic): 4 bedrooms (4 single beds: 90x200), shower room, WC. Fitted courtyard with wooden terrace and 2 picnic tables. Private courtyard.

Pascal Très beau gîte confortable
Ce gîte (corps de ferme) est très confortable et propre.la literie est irréprochable.Au niveau équipement,rien a dire ,tout est la ,tant en cuisine qu'au salon(tv led,DVD,wifi).le village est charmant et on y trouve boulangerie,boucherie.ce gîte est près de caen,Ouistreham,Douvres la délivrance avec son hyper u a 7kms et Luc sur mer.l'accueil est chaleureux et le propriétaire a l'écoute en cas de problème.il est loué tout compris et le chauffage est bien présent par rapport à d'autres gites qui le propose mais bloque celui ci au plus bas pour économies .
