La Baconnerie farm is set in 3200 m2 of land. La Laiterie" is ideal for a stay with family or friends, between Sea and Countryside. Put your suitcases down at the gîte de la Laiterie! This 120 m2 character house is located in the heart of a small Bessin village near the church. Kids will enjoy a private, enclosed play area adjoining the gîte, as well as a nearby communal field for boules, soccer and basketball. Sainte Marguerite d'Elle borders the Parc Régional des Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin and is ideally situated for exploring the Normandy coast, the D-Day landing beaches, Mont Saint Michel or the beaches of the Manche (Baie des Veys, Barneville-Carteret).

Holiday cottage adjoining another Holiday cottage (ref 2978) on a property comprising 2 other Holiday cottages (ref 2064, 2976 ) and a small function room for up to 50 people. First floor: entrance, living room with fitted kitchen and sitting area (sofas and wood-burning stove), 1 bedroom for 2 (2 beds 90cm which can be made into 1 bed 180cm), shower room with WC. 1st floor: 3 independent bedrooms: 1 bedroom for 2 (1 bed 140cm), 1 bedroom for 2 (2 beds 90cm which can be made into 1 bed 180cm), 1 bedroom for 2 (1 bed 140cm), large shower room with WC. 2nd floor (access via one of the bedrooms): 1 attic bedroom for 2 people (2 beds 90cm). Play area shared with 3 other Holiday cottages, including Cabin, swing set and ping-pong table. First pet free and possibility of an additional pet: €5/night.
