This detached house is located on a vast property of almost 2 hectares, close to the owners' home, which includes a bed and breakfast for 2 people (ref 5925). The first floor comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa, armchairs, piano and pellet stove (1st bag offered). The first floor is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase. It comprises 1 bedroom for 3 people (3 beds 90cm, 2 of which can be twinned to form 1 bed 180cm), 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 140cm), and a small shower room with WC. The Holiday cottage benefits from private grounds with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Portico, 2 Kids bikes and outdoor games available.

A l'écart du village mais pas trop éloignée de Saint Julien le Faucon, se trouve sur 1,8 ha celle qu'on appelle depuis longtemps « La Cour aux Granges », construite au 19eme siècle, devenue le point d'ancrage de notre famille franco-allemande. Depuis septembre 2020, nous, Ulrike (la maman, qui vit en Allemagne et qui s'installe prochainement à la Cour aux Granges) et Daniel (le fils, qui vit en région parisienne), sommes les heureux acquéreurs de ce coin de paradis, au cœur de la Vallée d'Auge. Car nous aimons faire de nouvelles rencontres et tenons à partager la bouffée d'oxygène et de bien être que nous apporte ce lieu, nous avons décidé de mettre en location ce que nous nommons la "Grangette". Ulrike, organisatrice dans l'événementiel peut avec joie vous aider à planifier vos visites et loisirs pendant vos vacances.

MP Einfach herrlich!
Der Alltag hat uns wieder eingeholt, aber wir denken gerne an unseren ersten Normandie-Urlaub zurück. Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben die Umgebung erkundet, waren viel wandern, an den sandigen Stränden unterwegs, an der Alabasterküste, in Caen, der normannischen Schweiz usw. Aufgrund der großen Entfernungen in der Normandie haben wir natürlich nur einen Teil gesehen, aber in 2 Wochen kann man auch mit kürzeren Autofahrten wirklich viel sehen und erleben. Da Ulrike deutsch spricht, konnten wir unsere vielen Fragen zum Leben in Frankreich loswerden und viel Neues erfahren.

Liebe MP's! Ich freue mich sehr, dass ihr Euren ersten Normandie-Urlaub in allen Zügen genossen habt. Für mich ist es immer wieder eine Freude, mit Menschen aus allen Ländern zusammenzukommen, und insbesondere aus meinem Heimatland.!

Yvonne Oase im Grünen und nah am Ort
La Grangette ist eine Oase der Ruhe und liegt mitten im Grünen: die Hasen und Rehe sagen dir "gute Nacht" und trotzdem bist du zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten im Dorf. Dort gibt es z.B. ein wunderbares Restaurant, das wir empfehlen können (Aux Saints Jus) oder die Ciderie von Dana. Zu Fuß kannst du auch ein zauberhaftes Wasserschloss besichtigen. La Grangette liegt wirklich mitten im Pay d'Auge, du bis in 40 Min. am Meer (Villers-sur-Mer ist wunderbar), St. Pierres sur Dives ist in 10 Min. zur erreichen und hat einen beeindruckenden Markt! Und auch die Museen in Caen und Bayeux sind schnell erreicht. Wirklich schön war für uns die Begegnung mit Ulrike: sie hat uns tolle Tipps auf deutsch gegeben und uns so die Entdeckung der Normandie auf eine schöne Weise ermöglicht! Wir kommen wieder! EJCF petite maison typique
Très bon accueil avec de bons conseils de visite.
Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié le calme et l'espace extérieur. Nos deux enfants ont pu jouer, courir, faire de la balançoire ;)
L'intérieur du gîte est bien organisé, de l'espace pour 4. Le piano a beaucoup plu.- Cleanliness

A nicely appointed Gite in a quiet area, within walking distance of the village with a bar, restaurant and boulangerie. Very friendly welcoming owner. Lovely outside area for sun and dining al-fresco. Has all that is needed for a relaxing holiday.

Nicolette Beautiful house and lovely host
We had a very warm welcome by our host. She is a lovely person, and helped us feel at home immediately. The house is lovely, we stayed with three friends and each had our own space (two bedrooms and the living room has a sleep sofa).
