Located just 17 minutes from the D-Day Beaches and the fishing port of Grandamp-Maisy, the Grange aux Dîmes vacation cottage is the ideal family retreat between Sea and Countryside. The spacious, bright and functional living room opens onto a peaceful garden where you'll enjoy relaxing. Just 5 minutes away, the village of Trévières offers all the local shops and services. For nature lovers, discover the flora and fauna of the Parc des Marais du Cotentin (guided tours from the Maison du Parc in St Côme du Mont, 20 minutes away). The Cerisy forest is also 20 minutes away. Every Friday, enjoy the Trevieres Market, 6 km away. Balleroy castle is 20 minutes away.
A holiday cottage located in part of the Grange aux Dîmes and adjacent to a residential home rented on a yearly basis. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious living room with a seating area (sofa and armchairs). Shower. Toilet. First floor: 3 separate bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (1 140cm bed), 1 double bedroom (1 140cm bed), 1 double bedroom (2 90cm beds), bathroom, toilet. Garden with outdoor furniture. Parking available for up to 2 vehicles.

Family stay Lovely gîte for a family
Lovely property in a nice rural location. Big space, decent furniture and a nice outdoor area too.
Local baker across the road and open twice a week was a real treat.
Church bells may be annoying for lighter sleepers but they do stop for most of the night.Some minor issues with a broken high chair and could provide more items to get you started (eg a dishwasher tablet or two and tea towels).
But overall we had a lovely time in this charming property with our multi-generational stay including young children through to grandparents.

MimiG Excellent séjour
Le gîte est extrêmement bien entretenu et possède tout le confort souhaitable.
L'accueil est chaleureux et Mme Lunel n'hésite pas à se déplacer pour aider quand on a de petites difficultés à mettre en route une machine !
Nous avons pu rouler en vélo pendant trois jours sur les petites routes intérieures et sur les voies vertes de la côte.

Maison très propre.
Accueil très bien.
Petit bémol qui à de l'importance !!
Intérieur de l'aspirateur très sale donc il n'aspire plus.
Le nettoyage de l'aspirateur demande un suivit (exemple un coup de compresseur de temps en temps. Car les vacanciers ne viennent pas avec le matériel pour le nettoyer.- Cleanliness

Lotte Très chouette séjour
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour d'une semaine à la Toussaint.
Le gîte est très grand et super bien équipé (cuisine notamment, rideaux occultant dans les chambres), très bien entretenu, et calme.
Il est bien situé pour rayonner dans les environs (plage du Débarquement, tapisserie de Bayeux, marais...tout à 20 minutes de voiture).
Nous nous sommes habitués aux cloches du matin dès le troisième jour.
Les commerces principaux sont à Trévières (boulangerie, boucherie, cinéma...) et il y a un fournil en face du gîte.- Cleanliness
