First-floor apartment with independent outside access to the property. A second Holiday cottage for 2-3 people (3475) is located below. Shared enclosed exterior with large garden. Fitted kitchen, living room with sitting area, desk and pull-out sofa bed (2 extra beds possible), separate wc, one double bedroom with (2 twin 80X200 beds and electric), shower room open onto bedroom with large shower. Washing machine and dryer on request.
