Set in a small valley facing an orchard, this pretty house, typical of the region, is a haven of peace. The interior is spacious, with a wood-burning stove in the living room. The passage of deer, foxes and other animals replaces the television. Pont-l'Évêque, Blangy-le-Château and Moyaux are all small towns well worth a visit. Hiking trails are another way to discover this unspoilt countryside. The beaches of Trouville sur mer and Deauville are 20 minutes away.
Detached house. First floor: kitchen, living-dining room with stove (sofa and armchairs), shower room (wc), wc. Access to the first floor is via a narrow staircase: to the right of the staircase, 2 adjoining bedrooms: 1 with 1 x 90cm bed and 1 with 2 x 90cm beds. To the left of the staircase, 2 adjoining bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 90cm bed and 1 bedroom with 1 140cm bed (bedroom with balcony). Enclosed garden with play area, garden table.

Maison normande typique et confortable , à proximité de tout, deauville trouville, houlgate, êtretat et les plages paisibles et ressourçant, Un havre de paix , pont l'évêque avec tout ce qu'il faut !
