Situated 15 minutes' walk from the beach at Luc-sur Sea, it's a cosy, charming nest with a south-facing balcony. Enjoy access to the Spa area. You can walk or bike to the village center, with its many shops, beach activities and summer entertainment.

First-floor Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house in a property comprising 3 other Holiday cottages (ref 3310, 3311 and 3312). It opens onto a living room with fitted kitchen and sofa, a small bedroom closed by a curtain with a double bed (1 bed 140x190cm) and a shower room with toilet. Shared laundry facilities. Private terrace with garden furniture. Shared courtyard. 2 bicycles available on request. Wellbeing area: 3-seater Spa. 24-hour access every day.
