Discover this charming Normandy house overlooking a pretty flower garden. The interior is spacious and tastefully furnished. On site, you can take a stroll around the grounds (ping-pong, children's playground, pétanque court, swimming pool, sauna, gym, botanical walk). Saint-Hymer is an authentic village in the Pays d'Auge that you'll be delighted to discover. Also worth a visit are Beaumont en Auge and Pont L'Évêque. Close to Deauville and the Côte Fleurie. For fishermen, you'll be 4km from the Touques river (trout, salmon).

Holiday cottage located on a large property comprising the owners' house and 4 other holiday cottages (reference no. 2693, 2707, 2709 and 3669). Independent Holiday cottage. The first floor comprises a kitchen with dining area, a living room (2 sofas including a 2-seater convertible), a 1-person bedroom (1 x 90 x 190 cm bed), and a toilet. The attic floor comprises 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160 x 200cm, 2 single beds including one with bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms with WC, one of which adjoins a bedroom. Garden on a 10-hectare property, with river and ponds (caution recommended for young Kids). Shared Piscine (15mx6m) heated from June to September. Shared facilities: Sports hall, 4-seater sauna, trampoline, ping-pong table, swing and pétanque court.

    Ein Garten Eden in der Normandie

    Nous avons trouvé notre petit coin de paradis et avons été tellement ravis que nous sommes retournés dans ce merveilleux lieu de vacances en Normandie. C'était tout simplement fantastique : la maison, le jardin et tout ce que cette superbe propriété a à offrir, comme un paddock pour chevaux, un terrain de pétanque, une piscine fantastique et une ambiance formidable. Quiconque a l'occasion de visiter ce petit coin de paradis ne devrait pas hésiter. Nous étions quatre adultes et avons eu la chance de passer dix jours dans ce cadre exceptionnel.

    Le site est magnifique ; les gîtes sont très beaux de l'extérieur.
    Le gîte La Florale mérite une rénovation. En effet, les équipements sont vétustes : pas de douche, baignoires difficilement utilisables par les adultes du fait des mansardes. L'électroménager, les ustensiles de cuisine étaient sales ou hors d'âge (photos à l'appui si nécessaire) notamment les interrupteurs, les poignées de portes.
