In the heart of this village of typical regional architecture, you'll appreciate this functional Holiday cottage renovated in a beautiful stone farmhouse. Lovely walks to discover the stud farms and Châteaux of Vendeuvre and Canon. Close to St-Pierre-sur-Dives (Market, abbey church).
On a large property, detached house close to the owner's home. Access is on one level via the bay window, or by two steps if you enter via the courtyard entrance. The Holiday cottage comprises a living area with an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (1 bed 140cm) and 1 twin bedroom (2 beds 90cm), shower room, WC. The courtyard has a covered area. The property is enclosed by a gate. Bed linen and towels are not provided and must be brought with you. The Holiday cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Quiet place, beautiful nature, the owners gave a lot of tips to what we could do f ex the market in St. Pierre, a war cemetery in V’er-sur-mer.
