Set on a large property, this detached house is located near the owner's residence. It is accessible at ground level through the French doors or via two steps if entering through the front door on the courtyard side. The holiday cottage consists of a living area with an open kitchen and a dining area. The two bedrooms: one double bedroom (one 140 cm bed) and one twin bedroom (two 90 cm beds), a bathroom, and a toilet. The courtyard features a covered area. Bed linens and towels are not provided and must be brought by guests. The holiday cottage is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
