This renovated 17th-century farmhouse has 2 large, comfortable rooms just 20 minutes from the beach. Claudette will serve you breakfast with homemade jams and cakes and, of course, apple juice made on site. You can also visit the production site. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, with rabbits, chickens and sheep on site, while being close to the beach and at the heart of the D-Day landing sites, the Pointe du Hoc being 20km away. The little extra: a fully-equipped kitchen available in all rooms.
In the farmhouse, adjoining Holiday cottage 515, independent entrance. Upstairs: "bedroom 1" for 2 people with (1 bed 140x190) and separate shower room and private WC. Bedroom 2" is a family suite for 4 people, comprising a double bedroom with (1 bed 140x190) and an adjoining bedroom for 2 people accessible by five steps with (1 bed 90x190 and 1 bed 70x190), separate shower room and private WC. On the first floor, a shared kitchen is available for room guests, with dining area, sofa, full kitchen (equipment, crockery). Shared garden on the farm.

Bonjour, je serai heureuse de vous accueillir dans notre ferme, de vous raconter le ramassage des pommes et la mise en bouteille de notre cidre. Je suis née dans le Bessin où j'aime marcher, je pourrais vous donner des idées de balades. J'aime jardiner et cuisiner, la fameuse teurgoule, entre autres ... A bientôt en Normandie. Claudette

Olivier Historique et authentique
Il est vrai que l'intérieur peut paraître d'un abord "vieillot".
Mais quand on y regarde de plus près, tout est à sa place et la décoration est en accord avec ce lieu chargé d'histoire.
La propriétaire nous explique la rénovation complète des sols et des façades, nous fait partager son histoire familiale, nous propose le confort d'un gîte pour une "simple" chambre (frigo, cuisinière, micro-onde, ...) et un verre de cidre "maison".
Quelques petits "défauts" ont été partagés avec notre hôte qui a immédiatement réagi pour les corriger, normal, on ne peut pas tout voir si personne ne dit rien !!- Cleanliness
