The bright, spacious living rooms open directly onto the sunny terrace, ideal for tasting the Sea products bought that very morning at the fish market, just 10 minutes away. In winter, you'll enjoy the cosy living room with its fireplace. Don't miss a stopover in Isigny sur Sea, 10 minutes away, to stock up on ice creams, cheeses, caramels and other dairy products. The Pointe du Hoc, an emblematic site in the history of the Normandy landings, is just 10 minutes away by car. The regional nature park of the Cotentin marshes is half an hour away.

Independent Holiday cottage located in an old farmhouse at the far end of the property, close to the guest house (n°5518) and therefore to the owners' home. The first floor comprises a large living room with sitting area and kitchen area; two bedrooms (2 double beds 160x200cm) with en-suite shower room and WC, WC, laundry room. The first floor comprises a 4-person bedroom (4 beds 90x190) with en-suite shower room, and a 2-person bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with en-suite bathroom. WC on landing. 2 terraces. Wood not supplied (first flambé offered). Underfloor heating on ground floor only. 3 types of coffee maker: filter, pod and aluminum pod. Raclette and pierrade machines.
