First floor: fully-equipped kitchen-dining room (washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge), very large living room with sofa, decorative fireplace only) and TV, 1 separate toilet, 1 ground-level bedroom for 3 people (1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bed 90x200cm) with 1 large adjoining ground-level shower room (open-plan shower, toilet and washbasin). Second floor: 1 bedroom for 2 people (bed 140x200cm), 1 separate shower room with WC and large shower and 2 washbasins, 1 bedroom for 3 people (2 bunk beds 90x200cm and 1 bed 90x200cm), 1 bedroom for 2 people (bed 160x200cm) with en-suite bathroom (corner bath, WC, 2 washbasins). Outside: 500m² enclosed garden with table, chairs, parasol and deckchairs, 400m² courtyard (several parking spaces).
