This house is ideal for a peaceful stay between Caen and the Sea. You'll appreciate its warm interior, the authenticity of a Caen stone house and the comfort of a fully-equipped home. The unoverlooked garden is a haven of peace. You'll be in a quiet village lane, 20 minutes from Caen and only 5 minutes from the beaches of the Côte de Nacre resorts: Lion-sur-mer, Luc-sur-mer, etc.
Detached house with private garden featuring lawn area, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Inside, the first floor comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, a sitting room with sofa and a toilet. Upstairs there's a shower room, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds 90x190cm and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm and dressing room. Laundry room accessible from outside. Table tennis and darts.

Cadre harmonieux, décoré avec goût ,calme,très proche de la mer ,des pistes cyclabes et sites patrimoniaux.
D'excellents commerces ( fromagerie, poissonnerie , boulangerie - très bon pain suedois et brochefeuilletée à Cresserons -)

Pam Agréable séjour Normand
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine, et très bien accueilli,maison située au calme, avec un terrain privé, bien équipée pour les jeux d’intérieur comme l’extérieur, notre petit fils de 4 ans et demi a trouvé son bonheur dans les nombreux livres à disposition ainsi que les jeux, merci aux propriétaires pour le feu de cheminée à notre arrivée.

Très beau séjour, le gîte est très agréable, bien agencé et adapté pour les vacances avec nos petites filles. Le gîte est très bien placé pour les balades à la mer et visites de la région. Nous avons bien apprécié ces vacances en Normandie.

Hns 1968 Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Cresserons
Die Unterkunft ist eher dörflich gelegen, nichtsdestotrotz sehr gut angebunden. Eine Bäckerei befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (2 Minuten zu Fuß). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände und ÖPNV-Anbindungen sind innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar - sowohl mit dem PKW als auch per Fahrrad. Das Haus ist in dörflichem Stil erbaut. Es ist großräumig gestaltet und sehr gut ausgestattet, einschließlich vierer gut gepflegter Fahrräder. Das umzäunte Grundstück verfügt über eine große Garage, eine eigene zusätzliche PKW-Stellfläche, einen Garten und eine außerhalb des Wohnhauses eingerichtete Waschküche. Die Vermieterinnen waren nicht anwesend, jedoch war der schriftliche Kontakt jederzeit problemlos und ohne Verzögerung möglich (jederzeit hilfsbereit). Absolut zu empfehlen! Ein minimaler Nachteil ist, dass für die hochwertigen Elektrogeräte keine Gebrauchsanweisungen zur Verfügung stehen.
