You'll also appreciate the surrounding maritime pine trees and the south-west-facing terrace where you can enjoy the sunny days. The interior offers all the comforts of a modern home, with bright, spacious rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and new bedding. You'll be located between the village of Merville and the Cabourg golf course, a peaceful setting ideal for exploring the region: resorts on the Côte Fleurie, beaches and D-Day landing sites, Caen, etc.

Detached house. Enclosed shed for bicycles or motorcycles. The ground floor features a large living area with a kitchen and bar, a dining room, and a lounge area with sofas and a wood-burning stove, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a bedroom for two people (140x190cm bed). The upper floor consists of two bedrooms (one bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and one bedroom with three 90x190cm beds), a large landing, and a toilet. Terrace with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue.
