In a superb hillside setting, on the banks of the Orbiquet river, on a 2-hectare property, this pretty house guarantees you a truly relaxing vacation. You'll be lulled by the sound of the river below and seduced by the serenity of the setting. You'll appreciate the fireplace, the enclosed garden safe for Kids, and the presence of the pony and donkey. Roland and Hélène are true ambassadors for the region. They'll help you discover the region's treasures: Orbec, manor houses, castles (St-Germain-de-Livet, Crèvecœur), Cerza zoo, Cambremer gardens, Hiking trails. Deauville Beach and the City of Honfleur are 45 minutes away.

All on first floor (bedroom access 3 steps): living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa (possibility of an additional 2-person bed), armchairs, shower room with WC, 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed, 3 single beds (2 singles, 1 pull-out bed + baby bed). Garden with terrace and garden furniture.

Bienvenue au gîte la Cour Saint Pierre.
Lors d'un voyage à Lisieux, je suis tombé sous le charme du Pays d'Auge et de ses collines verdoyantes. J'ai abandonné Paris, me suis installé dans la région où j'ai rencontré Hélène,née à Saint Pierre sur Dives, qui adore sa région et, ensemble, en 1988, nous avons acheté cette propriété en très mauvais état.
Le gîte daté de 1822 était la maison des fermiers de la famille Colbert (descendants du ministre de Louis XIV) et notre actuelle maison était un pressoir à cidre.
Nous avons fini de rénover les 2 bâtiments en 1994 et nous y avons emménagé définitivement.
Depuis, nous ne nous lassons pas de ce cadre enchanteur entre rivière et bois et des superbes balades à pied possibles grâce aux nombreux chemins de randonnées au départ du gîte. Si vous le désirez,nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous les indiquer.
Nous espérons que comme nous, vous repartirez enchantés par notre beau Pays d'Auge !

Jeanys We absolutely loved our Normandy break.
A restful gite in a secure setting. The river running by, the birds singing and a friendly donkey made it a peaceful break. A well furnished gite with dishwasher and washing machine, a picnic table by the river, and the owners saying help yourselves to the apples, pears and walnuts, made us feel very welcome. We absolutely loved it, three weeks enjoying Swiss Normandy in a traditionally built house.

Cadre superbe proche d'une rivière en contrebas. Sur le domaine des propriétaires dont nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la disponibilité et la discrétion.
Gîte fonctionnel et bien équipé.
