In a very quiet environment, this pretty restored house will delight nature lovers: vegetable garden, fruit trees, rhubarb. The garden will supply you with seasonal produce. The gîte is spacious, with rooms overlooking the garden. Local hiking trails will take you to superb sites such as the Château de Pontécoulant and the Chapelle Engerbold (Saint-Michel paths). The beaches of Ouistreham and Granville are a 1-hour drive away. Claude, the owner, a collector of vintage cars and old farm equipment, will be delighted to show you his collectors' items.
Detached house. Large living room with open-plan kitchen, sitting area with fireplace and sofa. Shower room with jet shower, WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), WC with washbasin. Large garden with self-service vegetable patch. 2 picnic tables and deckchairs. Petanque court. Towels are not provided and must be brought with you.

REMY Le bonheur est ici
3ème séjour depuis 6 ans à la Choparderie. Endroit très au calme en pleine nature et isolé de toute habitation à proximité. La Maison est bien équipée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur). Tous services et commerces pas loin et la mer à 1 heure. Propriétaires très chaleureux et très réactifs si nécessaire. Pour qui cherche la tranquillité et le retour à la nature mais quand même dans un bon confort, pas d'hésitation d'autant plus que la région est très belle avec de nombreuses visites, randos, ballades, activités sportives etc. à faire pour tous les gouts de chacun.
On reviendra à nouveau.

Propriétaires sympathiques. Joli jardin. Le gîte est situé au bout d'un chemin privé où nous avons vraiment apprécié le silence et le beau temps. Merci pour le parasol ! Et pour les délicieuses cerises et le cidre !

Stef Pause nature
Gite en pierre dans la campagne au calme. Avec cour arborée potager et terrain de pétanque. Nous avons apprécié cette pause. Gite avec tout le confort et reste au frais avec les chaleurs grâce à la pierre.
Propriétaires très agréables avec une belle collection. Nous avons découvert ce secteur et c est une jolie surprise ! Nous reviendrons pour continuer notre exploration de la campagne et côte maritime normande.- Cleanliness

Anne Gîte très agréable
Avons passé un week-end dans ce gîte très agréable, bien au calme, avec un jardin vraiment top. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Je confirme tous les avis déjà indiqués sur l'annonce.
