This authentic thatched cottage, typical of the Pays d'Auge region, guarantees relaxation and conviviality for your family or friends. You'll appreciate its warm interior and the many facilities available for meals with family and friends: cooking piano, raclette machine, crepe maker, etc. Kids will be kept busy with an adapted library, indoor and outdoor games and a mini-farm with chickens, rabbits, geese and donkeys. On sunny days, you can enjoy the large, south-facing terrace, which is not overlooked. You'll be in the quiet Countryside, with easy access to the A13, 20 minutes from Honfleur and 30 minutes from Deauville, 1h from Etretat.
Detached house on a large property that also includes Holiday cottages 3272, 3273 and 3274. Each Holiday cottage has its own private terrace and garden. The first floor comprises a spacious kitchen (two sinks, cooker, several work surfaces), a living room with sofas, a bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200cm. The first floor comprises two bedrooms and 2 shower rooms: one bedroom for 3 people (1 double bed 160x200cm and 1 bed 90x190cm), shower room with double basin and toilet, one bedroom for 4 people (1 double bed 180x200cm separable into 2 beds and 2 single beds 90X190), shower room with large shower, bath, double basin and toilet. Private terrace and garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.

Coraline Perfekter Urlaub in stilvoller Chaumiére
Wir fanden ein perfekt eingerichtetes und supersauberes Haus in weitläufigem Park vor. Die Eigentümer begrüssten uns äusserst herzlich und standen während des dreiwöchigen Urlaubs für nette Gespräche völlig unaufdringlich zur Verfügung. Unser kleiner Hund war ebenso willkommen und durfte seine uneingeschränkte Freiheit im riesigen Garten geniessen. Die Parkanlage mit mehreren alten typischen Häusern versprengt auf dem riesigen Grundstück hat substanziell zur Erholung einer stadtgeplagten Familie beigetragen. Der Ausblick vom Haus in den weiten Garten ist phänomenal!! Das Haus bietet viel nützlicher und gemütlicher Raum, vor allem sind die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer gewähren luxuriöses Interieur. Die Ausstattung der Küche bietet in grösster Ordnung alles Notwendige und nichts Überflüssiges. Der Gasherd war schon professionell.
Wir als dreiköpfige Familie mit Hund haben den Aufenthalt äusserst genossen und empfehlen zukünftigen Gästen das Haus uneingeschränkt - auch aufgrund seiner idealen Lage im schönen Calvados. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei der Eigentümerschaft für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub!- Cleanliness
