This authentic thatched cottage, typical of the Pays d'Auge region, guarantees relaxation and conviviality for your family or friends. You'll appreciate its warm interior and the many facilities available for meals with family and friends: cooking piano, raclette machine, crepe maker, etc. Kids will be kept busy with an adapted library, indoor and outdoor games and a mini-farm with chickens, rabbits, geese and donkeys. On sunny days, you can enjoy the large, south-facing terrace, which is not overlooked. You'll be in the quiet Countryside, with easy access to the A13, 20 minutes from Honfleur and 30 minutes from Deauville, 1h from Etretat.
Detached house on a large property that also includes Holiday cottages 3272, 3273 and 3274. Each Holiday cottage has its own private terrace and garden. The first floor comprises a spacious kitchen (two sinks, cooker, several work surfaces), a living room with sofas, a bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200cm. The first floor comprises two bedrooms and 2 shower rooms: one bedroom for 3 people (1 double bed 160x200cm and 1 bed 90x190cm), shower room with double basin and toilet, one bedroom for 4 people (1 double bed 180x200cm separable into 2 beds and 2 single beds 90X190), shower room with large shower, bath, double basin and toilet. Private terrace and garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.

Les manchots Week-end familial
Nous avons passé trois nuits dans la chaumière de la petitère, maison typique du pays d Auge dans un environnement calme, les enfants ont apprécié la basse cour nombreuse. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et prévenants, la région est à découvrir.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce gîte.
L’accueil des propriétaires était top, avec une grande disponibilité tout au long du week-end.Le gîte est très sympa, propre et bien entretenu. La décoration de Noël apporte une petite touche agréable qui fait son effet. Le feu de cheminée est vraiment réconfortant.
Le domaine est très cool, on s’y sent bien et on a l’impression d’être dans une vraie petite maison de vacances, chaleureuse et agréable à vivre.
Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Prévoir juste des vêtements chauds en hiver car il fait un peu frais dans la maison.

JF1977 Wonderful family stay in Normandy's countryside
Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bonneville La Louvet - the gîte is charming and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the gîte’s rural setting, while also appreciating its proximity to the village (bakery & pizzeria) and nearby towns like Beuzeville (Intermarché supermarket, petrol station etc.) and Pont l’Eveque. The children loved feeding the chickens and donkeys on the domaine and we all enjoyed the outdoor area. We visited many historic and cultural places and enjoyed delicious cuisine wherever we visited.
