This independent Holiday cottage is located on a vast 6,000m² property comprising the owners' residence and 3 other Holiday cottages (3146 - 3223 - 3268). The first floor includes a living room with dining area (table for 8 people with extension) and fitted kitchen, and a lounge area (sofa and large bench with cushions), a 2-person bedroom (1 bed 140cm), a shower room (Italian shower, double basin) and a separate toilet. The first floor comprises 2 independent bedrooms: 1 for 3 people (1 bed 160cm and 1 bed 90cm) and 1 for 3 people (1 bed 160cm and 1 bed 90cm), a relaxation area with armchairs, a shower room and an independent WC. The Holiday cottage has a private outdoor space of 200m² and 2 parking spaces. Extensive enclosed grounds of 6,000m² with games and shared facilities: pétanque pitch, swing, soccer goal, BBQ, animals (hens and rabbits). On request: raclette and fondue machines, pancake party and waffle iron.
