This detached holiday cottage is located on a spacious 6,000-square-meter property that includes the owners' residence and three other holiday cottages (3146, 3223, and 3268). The ground floor features a living area with a dining space (table for 8 people with an extension leaf) and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a lounge area (sofa and large bench with cushions), a double bedroom (1 140cm bed), a bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink), and a separate toilet. The upper floor features two separate bedrooms: 1 triple bedroom (1 160cm bed and 1 90cm bed) and 1 triple bedroom (1 160cm bed and 1 90cm bed), a relaxation area with armchairs, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The holiday cottage features a private outdoor area of 200 m². A large 6,000 m² property with shared games and amenities: a pétanque court, a swing, a soccer goal, a barbecue, and animals (chickens and rabbits).
