Comfortable gîte 20 minutes from the D-Day landing beaches: ideal for a family!

Located on a 4000 m² property (shared with the owner), the "Camarguisa" is a bright, functional gîte. The grounds, bordered by a small river, are particularly pleasant. Just 20 minutes from Caen and the coast (Courseulles, St-Aubin-sur-Mer), the region has plenty to offer. Heritage: the Château de Fontaine-Henry, the typical villages of Amblie, Creully and Bayeux ville d'art et d'histoire. Local produce: cider, pommeau, cheeses, Asnelles shortbread and seafood.

In a large property, Holiday cottage adjoining a doctor's surgery (separate entrance). The entrance on the raised first floor (several steps) leads to a living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms, shower room and toilet are located downstairs. The interior staircase leads to a bedroom for 2 (1 bed 140x190) and a bedroom for 2 (2 beds 90x190). Shower room, separate wc. Large enclosed garden shared with the owners, part of which is private but not enclosed. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted in this accommodation.
