In a beautiful property typical of the region, Armelle and André warmly welcome you to La Ferme de la Vallerie in this spacious and harmonious Holiday cottage. The south-facing garden room opens onto a landscaped courtyard with green spaces and a play area shared by both Holiday cottages (table soccer, table tennis, shuffleboard, archery) in one of the outbuildings. The environment is calm. Local shops include a Bakery, grocery store, pizzeria and bookshop. The Holiday cottage is ideally located for discovering the riches of Calvados: D-Day beaches 30 minutes away, Bayeux 30 minutes away, La Vallée de la Vire and the Souleuvre site 35 minutes away, Mont St Michel 1h15 away, Saint-Mère Église 50 minutes away - 2-person Holiday cottage (N°2849) on site.

Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' home. First floor: large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs, wood-burning stove. Attic floor: very large sleeping area for 5 people (partially partitioned) with 3 beds (140x190), 1 baby bed. Shower room with WC. Washing machine shared by both Holiday cottages. Shared games area with table tennis and table soccer. Private area in front of Holiday cottage with garden table. Large shared courtyard and 4000m2 grounds. For greater comfort, sleeps 5 (sleeps 6 possible). A basket of wood is offered on arrival, the next one has to be paid for. Dogs are not allowed in the sleeping area on the 1st floor.
