A playground with a pétanque court and a city stadium are close to the gîte, as is the leisure center (canoeing, kayaking, accrobranches, climbing, etc.). You can walk to the village and all its shops in just a few minutes, and spend pleasant evenings on the banks of the Orne. The gîte is located on the Vélofrancette (cycle route linking Caen to La Rochelle) and on the Tour du Suisse-Normande hiking route (France's favorite GR in 2023).

The 2nd floor attic includes 1 bedroom for 3 (3 beds 90cm), 1 bedroom for 2 (2 beds 90cm), a lounge and gaming room, a shower room with WC. The private garden is divided into 3 areas: a wooded park, a lawn area with games (trampoline, swing) and a covered dining area with picnic tables and barbecue.
